Cinnamon Roll

these cookies are always delicious!

I had half of this cookie this morning with my coffee. I warmed it up in the microwave wrapped in a papertowel. The cookie came out hot and delicious, and I ate it with a fork. The icing on the top is a bit hard, and I could do without. I understand the aesthetic reason for the icing, but isnt needed for the cookie to taste good. Its a great cookie all on its own!

icing too thick and hard, the filling was almost inedible - too much sugar and cinnamon, maybe make it like a paste so its easier to eat and its not straight chunks of sugar. the base had no flavor. i think what made this cookie not a 5 is the incoherence of all the factors of the cookie: the icing, base and filling , maybe incorporating some cinnamon in the base, less in the filling, making the base less crumbly and the icing more durable and thinner. it reminded me of that icing u get jn gingerbread house making kits. giving this a 2 star bc it has potential but definitely tasted like it wont expire for years
