cute love it but they do pinch your skin trying to get it on

Had a really hard time getting one of them on. My friend had to use the tool to open it, then hold it open while i used the tool on the next one to hook it on. It should just hook with the tool on the one. I'm not happy with their customer service, and the charms are so small that they are hard to hook together even withe the tool (get it!), but overall i love my bracelet.
