Absolutely gorgeous copper kettle, genuinely perfect anniversary present for us kitchen obsessed individuals, looks as good as it operates, much lighter in hand that one would think, very sweet whistle noise, just loud enough but never overbearing. AND the best customer service I have experienced in nearly 25 years living in the UK, and trust me, as an ex-concierge I am a very hard customer to please! Once again, THANK YOU.

Beautiful traditional copper kettle

It was most certainly an investment but worth every penny. The kettle is well made, perfectly traditional and will likely last a lifetime. The service was fantastic with great advice and communication throughout. Huge thanks!

Finely crafted and beautiful

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my wife, but I was a bit late getting order in last week of November. N&B website said delivery would be 5+ weeks, so I figured this would be a belated present. But the kettle was actually delivered only about 3 weeks later, well in time for Christmas morning. It is so well crafted, looks perfect, even more beautiful than it appears in the photos on website. My wife was delighted, and this will be a family heirloom for years to come.
