Gift Box

You guys rip me off telling me that I can't return my item it was broke and I called you two days after I got it and I opened it cuz I was on vacation when I came home it was on the porch I picked it up brought it in the house opened it up and pieces were cracked and broke tried to send you pictures I don't know if you got them but you denied my request for a duplicate or a refund I just wanted to refund on the product Send me another one but you guys refused to do that so I won't be buying from your company no more every time I see you guys on Facebook I'm leaving a bad review

It wasn't what i expected, in the picture it looks like it come standing in a box and the gift box is showing nothing like the picture a beautiful purple box with a bow, I GOT A FLAT BLACK BOX, DISAPPOINTED

Not as pictured. No ribbon. This almost looks like a hatbox. Not at all what arrived. Too small to reuse. Thumbs down!
