I tested this product on a 4-day business trip; two 90-minute flights in coach class, daily driving in the Washington DC & Baltimore area, and hotel desk chair in the evenings. Loved it! Made a big difference in comfort and no pain. Super easy to inflate and deflate and packs into its dedicated compact carrying pouch. I had spinal fusion two years ago and have a Cushion Lab brand for home and car use but they are not nearly as practical for travel.

I haven't fully tried it yet because I'm not flying for another three weeks. I just tested it on a chair in the house. Works OK. Blows up and depressed easily. Need to figure out how much air to put into it when I get on the plane.
