I received this case with a scratch on the front panel and was honestly very disappointed. I was already considering leaving a negative review, but FormD support listened to me, reviewed the photos of the damage, and sent me a replacement front panel completely free of charge. I thought I would have to return the entire case and wait for their decision, which could have dragged the whole process out for a month. I really didn’t expect this level of support from them. I highly recommend this case. I’ve heard that defects are quite rare, but even if something does happen, they won’t leave you alone with the problem. W support!!

Wverything is perfect I love the case. It was a little difficult to build in at first however it all went amazongly, however i also bought the usb-c cable attachment and it came broken so I am a little bit disappointed and will need to get a new one.

The case itself is of good quality, but I can't say the same for the riser cable. It stopped working three days after assembly. It's advertised as PCIe 4.0, but it only works properly if you modify the BIOS settings to configure the port as PCIe 3.0. For a case at this price, I would expect something of better quality, or I'd simply prefer to buy the case itself and not have to pay extra for a poor-quality cable.
