The tryzub – literally “trident” in Ukrainian – is the symbol on the Ukrainian coat of arms adopted after Ukraine gained independence in 1991, though the history of the tryzub dates all the way back to Kyivan Rus.
This sweatshirt features an illustration by Andrii Voloshyn, part of a collaboration with the Kyiv Independent.

Really comfy sweatshirt and a stylish addition to my existing 30 year-old ones. If this lasts as long on me I'll be delighted as I'll break a century...!
