Looks like a freebie from a cycling mag

Slightly surprised when a flat pice of plastic card arrived, once I'd finished the arts and craft project and fitted it, a wet ride later, certainly on my bike it's too short to be effective.

Great idea in theory, but actually made no real difference, I was as wet and filthy as ever.
