The coat quality and style was excellent.. I have the samething in black and bought this one as a gift for my sister.. However, this time around the coat was litrally shoved into a small ripped plastic bag with absolutely no ted baker standard presentation.. small plastic bag nade such a fine material coat all wrinkly and deshaped.. so 5/5 for the product but 0/5 for presentation..
