Do not buy — false advertising and poor quality I ordered an arrangement that looked beautiful on the website, but what I received was tiny, nothing like the photos, and essentially unusable. The delivery was 3 days late, and when the flowers finally arrived they were wilted and dead. I contacted support and was offered a $20 refund, which is unacceptable — I requested a full refund because the product and service did not match what was advertised. This felt like false advertising. The photos and description promised a quality arrangement, but the reality was disappointing and sloppy. I would not recommend this seller and will not order from them again unless they improve honesty in their listings and the condition of what they actually deliver.
