Coffee Roasting Workshop

Great beginners roasting class- reviewed all the essentials to roasting: coffee sourcing, coffee origins, processing methods, roasting stages, importance of resting your beans after roasting, and the basics of cupping. I could tell a lot of thought and preparation went into the course. Would recommend for anybody learning to roast or for those who are already roasting who want more information/a formal class. This course also provided a lot of insight into roasting as a business and the cost considerations for that path. Huge plus getting to experience the roasting process on a large scale roaster. Great community surrounding Roasted by Mom coffee as well!

Keri's workshop is incredibly informative and vital if you want to know more about where your coffee comes from, or you're interested in making coffee roasting a new hobby or business. Keri is extremely knowledgeable and generous with her time and expertise. I can't recommend this enough. Also, Roasted by mom coffee is amazing.
