This was my first order from the website. After my parcel was shipped with DHL, a problem occurred, so I contacted the SANTI BURGAS customer support team. They responded to my request immediately. The team contacted DHL on my behalf and kept me informed throughout the entire process. When DHL was unable to resolve the issue, SANTI BURGAS sent me an identical replacement parcel. And when the original parcel was eventually found, the brand kindly allowed me to keep both parcels 🥰🙏🏼 I would especially like to highlight their fast and attentive customer service. I was treated with great respect, even though my order was for a relatively small amount. This speaks volumes about the team’s professionalism and dedication to their customers. I would also like to mention the generous extras included with my order — such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated.
