Great taste! I ordered three flavors and started with this one, as I thought it would be the one I liked the least. I was very surprised! Not overly sweet or artificial tasting. I have not been as consistent with it, and have not had enough time to see if it is effective as a supplement.

Strong vitamin aftertaste
It is a very potent flavor even in a full 20 oz cup. Does it do its job? I think I noticed a positive difference after the one time I drank it but the after taste is so weird and awful. Even made my kid nauseous just by having the cup near her. So would I suggest this flavor? No. Only if you’re ok with a strange after taste that needs a tongue scraper to get off your tongue. Does it do what it says? Yes, I think so I just can’t get past the taste unfortunately
