New Favorite

This pan was a Mother’s Day gift from my husband and has become my new every day pan. I use it for everything from browning butter, to heating beans, cooking eggs, and throwing together a quick lunch. It’s perfectly balanced and light enough to easily use one handed while holding my baby, plus the longer handle makes it just a bit easier to keep it comfortably out of his curious reach. I honestly questioned needing another cast iron pan, but this one is used so much it just lives on my stove top.

It’s all true!

This pan is everything they say and more. I love the fact that it weighs a little less. It is a wonderful addition to my daily cookware. I highly recommend. Just get one!

Perfect size and shape

This replaced an identical shape/size nonstick pan that had been my favorite. After a little seasoning, it outperforms the nonstick and no chance of chemicals leaching into the food!
