P600 Ceramic 12" Grill Pan

When I opened the package, I was bummed that the fry pan was ribbed and not flat. My intent was to use it for pancakes and scrambled eggs. I was surprised that it worked just fine on both meals. I used some margarine but I don't think that I needed that. I have never used a non-stick pan that releases the food so easily. It's great for steaks and bacon too. I'm going to buy the skillet set too.

Absolutely love!!! No stick, easy clean and easy to store.

The ridges are a little tough to work with BUT the non-stick is great
