Difference in Quality
I purchased this hair in May of 2023 and fell in love with the softness and easy manageability. However, I repurchased the hair June 2024 and the quality is not the same. The hair tangles a bit and was packaged in clear packaging like “bundle” hair, rather than “raw”. The hair is OK, feels like the curls were created through heavy processing. Hair is not the same as what is shown in the owner’s videos. Will not repurchase.
