Here Jeff flows through all the deep 1/2 techniques (and their variations) introduced in his prior vids with a training partner. A great reinforcer to the concepts and techniques he’s already introduced—but if you’re a beginner, you might want to start with his earlier stuff before moving onto this one. He’s definitely one of my favorite Fanatics instructors—you can’t lose!
