Best typing feel I've had, crippled by the lack of QMK/VIA

Bought this in December 2023. The good first: - the typing experience is genuinely fantastic. The plastic case creates this resonant, almost bass-cabinet effect that makes every keystroke satisfying. - Gateron G Pro Red switches are solid as always. For pure writing, it's a joy. The bad: - no QMK/VIA on the non-Pro version. This is the deal-breaker. -> The 60% layout is already a compromise: without remapping, you're stuck with a fixed layout that's actively uncomfortable for anything beyond basic typing. No arrow key remap, no macro layers, no mouse keys. On a 60%, that's not a minor omission, it's a fundamental limitation. - The plastic build feels a bit cheap for the price, though it contributes to the great sound profile and keeps it light, so I'll call that a wash. Keychron, please: put QMK/VIA on ALL your keyboards. No exceptions.

Great Budget keyboard

First off, amazing shipping. Well packed and showed up in 4 days after I ordered it. That's from China to the middle of the US. I'm not a keyboard aficionado, but seems like very good quality for a $80 keyboard. Switches are the best I've ever felt. The blues clack so nice. I don't like huge keyboards and this profile is perfect. Would recommend the razer wrist wrest to suit.
