I’ve placed a couple orders and returned for an exchange of size. The communication is excellent. The last order I placed had a size that I had previously exchanged and Claire personally reached out to verify the size and order prior to shipping. I also interacted with her via email previously. I highly recommend the ac return covers. The quality is outstanding and they really look custom made for the home.

I hated the dust that was always all over the air conditioning return and hated trying to clean it even more! Then I saw these and knew they had to be better than the aluminum dust collectors. But I didn't know how much better it would actually be. If you're even considering changing to one of these, I strongly recommend you just do it. You won't be sorry!
