I purchased a HVAC replacement cover and was surprised at the high level of quality when I opened the box. It was built very well and looked amazing. I did order the incorrect size which was all my fault. They worked quickly to help me resolve this and were extremely friendly in the whole process.

Product Review

Product was just as expected..It is built great. Only reason I have a 4 instead of a 5 is the outside casing should be about 3/8” wider to cover the footprint of the existing metal frame. The opening needed to be skimmed and painted. With that said we love louver and the finished product turned out great!

Whistling noise from vent - potential fix

I installed a 20x14 inch vent cover and heard no whistling noise. I’m hearing a noise from the 20x20 vent that I installed recently. There is a small gap around the perimeter of the vent and the wall and high air flow is creating the sound. I plan to apply foam tape to the back of the vent to close the wall gap. I expect this will eliminate the whistling sound. Everything else is great; the fitment, ease of installation and appearance are exceptional.
