Happy healthy chickens are not 10lbs+ these little guys are more so what a chicken should be without growth hormones lol

Excellent Chicken

I wet brined this chicken and then smoked it. Turned out excellent. Juicy, not overly fatty or greasy, definitely not dry at all. Flavor was more concentrated than grocery bought (which is good) - more naturaly.
