Very good product. It is my first time using mouth tape, but I did not find it irritating or annoying. I am sleeping much better now, and it’s so nice not to wake up with a dry mouth!

I have been using this mouth tape for several months and my husband appreciates it! I found the best way to take off tape is in the shower, warm or hot water makes it easy to lift right off.

I never in a million years would have thought that I'd be a mouth taper but here I am! And I'm here to tell you the tape you use makes ALL the difference if you drift off into a blissful deep sleep or NOT. I don't know what it is about PAP MD mouth tape that makes the big difference but it does...I use the PAP MD mouth tape with my ResMed AirSense10 Cpap machine with nasal pillows and I've never had a deeper more restful sleep than when I mouth tape with the PAP MD mouth tape. It's worth every penny and I'll be a customer for life! Thank you Pap MD!
