Came with small chipped on the plastic lid

It came chipped and gained a scratch after the first use. I just carried it in my tote bag, I am unsure how the scratch formed but I cannot wash it off. Owala offered me two dollars refund for the defective product I received. It doesn't keep my coffee hot after a 30 minutes drive to work either. A little disappointed about the quality of owala.

It keeps things hot but not for very long. I’m a mom of two boys so I run around in the morning having sips of coffee here and there and 2 hours later finally finishing my coffee and it was luke warm. I will say the lock feature is very handy when you have a 9 month old who likes to pick everything up and explore it.

Large tumbler that perfect for my daily tea or coffee. Does an incredible job keeping things hot! Burnt my tongue cause I thought my tea was cooled down after 30 mins but it was still piping hot. Not even mad. Amazing and love the color.
