One of my faves

Saeakari as a single cultivar is hard to find. So glad Rocky's carries it and at a reasonable price! Flavor is perfectly balanced with little astringency and notes of roasted corn, fresh greens, and sweet dinner rolls.

#1 favorite matcha

I’ve tried many amazing matcha brands and blends (Ippodo, Nekohama, Chafinity, Little Match Studio, Tea Master, Matchaful, etc.) and Saeakari is the one I keep coming back to. Incredibly creamy, nutty flavor, and with the perfect amount of sweetness.
