When the Packers was dropped off, the Hair was not placed in the package so they sent a empty package. I have called the number on the website multiple times because I brought this Hair so I could do My Daughter‘s hair for school. School is in less than a week and a half, and no one‘s return my phone call so we can try to figure it out because I really hate the fact of paying for something not receiving it and then having to go out and spend more money on a product when I spent money already and inspected it, the package was closed, but nothing was inside. I received my order in a timely manner. The hair is really nice, good texture, full and soft. I will definitely buy again. I haven't gotten it installed yet but i will in a few days. I will post pictures.

Price is higher than others but so far the quality is good.
