These shoes were a gift for my daughter. She loves them. I usually do not write reviews. However, I was disappointed by my communication with the company. I knew when I ordered the shoes that they might not be available to ship until after December 13th. However, I heard nothing from the company after receiving an initial order confirmation. When I asked for an update on my order because I was trying to figure out if they would arrive before Christmas I received a not very nice response stating that I should know that they would not be available until after the 13th. Perhaps I should have asked my question in a different way. However, the lack of communication and then the response do not make me want to order from this company again.
