Orange, Pink & Crimson Stripe Smocked Sully Dress

Wanted to love but don't

I feel the smocking on the chest just flattens it and makes it look awkward. Probably made for smaller busted individuals. Also appears to run big, recommend sizing down.

Cute but fit is disproportional

Cute but runs big on the top. I tried a large and xl and both did not fit well. I’m smaller on the top and heavier on the bottom. I couldn’t get the top to match the size I needed on the bottom.
