This is the only gel that I want to ever use again! I PR'd in the Philly Marathon last fall and I owe some of that to this product. It provides the perfect amount of energy for the perfect amount of time with the perfect taste. I HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect for Training!

I have been missing out on this stuff!!! This was PERFECT for my long run on Saturday! No icky taste-it was truly flavorful and easy on the belly!
