I purchased it to play with my grandchilldren, but have also used with reading students I tutor. They love it 2nd - 6th. There were no instructions & i feel like there are various games that could be played.

My kids really enjoyed this game. It helps them improve their spelling and phonetic awareness, due to the bright colors of each letter.

My class of kindergarteners tried this yesterday with a volunteer. They loved the individual set of blocks they each got to use. It was a good way to practice simple blends, stretching and spelling words. Some challenged themselves not to look at the word until ready to check it or to use the word with the picture to make a deeper connection. They are ready for the next game today!
