Very convenient!

I like the convenience of the pre-portioned doses but am concerned about the amount of waste that comes with it. My hope is that the pouches are compostable? I take the Calcium Magnesium and Vitamin D Boost as a supplement for peri-menopause as it has the recommended dosage. I really like that it is a Canadian company built by actual physicians and the quality that comes with it. Great product overall!

My bedtime routine

This is the most convenient way to get these great ingredients in my routine. Especially for calcium—I've long struggled to take calcium supplements because they tend to be so hard to swallow, but these ones are nice and easy. I take my Prenatal Essentials in the morning and these at night, and feel confident I'm getting everything I need to support my pregnancy.

Best product for pregnancy! It helps a lot with insomnia in the third trimester and promotes calmness before sleep at night.
