Love this cup make my coffee in the am for work stays at perfect temp and then when done fill with ice and water to stay hydrated at work as well.

Guess I ordered a couple hours too soon

I drove to LA to the pop-up and the line was so long. I could not stand for 3+ hours so I turned around and headed home and while I was on my way home, I decided to just order the new smooth sip. But what I got was the old version so mine is not leakproof. Not sure if I could get a replacement of the lid or if it would even fit. But I love all my free sip bottles!!! So so much

Didn’t get what I ordered.

The bottle I ordered was not the one that was sent and wasn’t even the correct color. I sent it back to the company for a fully refund. I’m waiting for a response from Owala.
