Trade-In Digital Lock

This is my second igloo home lock and very impressed with the reliability of the lock.

I only bought this digital lock 3 years ago, yet I had to replace it entirely because replacing just one part was too expensive. For a lock to last only three years is unacceptable. The customer service experience was mixed. Gly, the first representative I dealt with, unnecessarily lengthened the process, was slow, and did not understand the urgency of the situation. She gave instructions one by one, which dragged the whole process out to three stressful days. In contrast, Ann S resolved everything within just a few hours—she was superb. The technician who came to fix the lock was also excellent. I hope this new lock will last much longer. Also, the title stated “Free Padlock Lit Red,” but I never received this item. I will certainly not be recommending this lock/ company to anyone.
