It’s roomy and I use it for work. I have a separate interior organizer for the main compartment and mostly keep my lunch in the front square. I don’t fold it much so I won’t say how that is but I think the straps are comfortable and it holds everything I need. I have space for my 14” laptop but a larger one would also fit in the back. I would like this to have two large pockets - one for a laptop and one for the large main space. I think my hat would make this more functional for work or travel. I get compliments from everyone. I may purchase a second!
