Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with

I have been trying to make a return for 3 weeks now and they will not give a valid email address. They initially said I could not get a return and I should gift it to someone. Once I screenshotted the return policy they changed their stance on things but will still not reply with a valid return address.

Solid dock.

Well made quality dock. The upright portion detaches, so can be used horizontally which is how I use it. I found that if placed upright at the very back of my cabinet the inserted wires pull the dock over backwards when not weighed down by the console. This isn’t a problem when places at the front of a cabinet. The main negative is that to use 30W turbo mode on ROG Ally X you need to buy a 100W charger. But happy with my setup now
