The magnets are strong, the new base is smooth, the silicon fits well, I modified mine (cut the silicone down the middle) so that I could still use the silicone when the controllers were attached to the device and it's been working well for me

Works really well

These works really well, I love how premium the handle strap is. With the stand, it fits the controller with the handle strap really well. Can be used as a stand. At first it wasn’t really working that well to me in FPS mode, felt sticky. Then I realized there’s a protective sticker under and a small rubber nub to cover the controllers stick so it’s more comfortable to hold
