18k Gold Plated / 24" / Yellow Gold

I've ordered products from this site before and I had no problems whatsoever. I placed my order for this purchase on 7/21/24 and i just barely got it on Saturday the 3rd of Aug. for some reason my order was getting shipped to a city that wasnt necessary. This order was shipped via usps. If I recall i got past orders from UPS?? This order just took way too long for me to recieve it. The white gold chain was perfect, i love it. On the other hand the gold rope chain is like stiff not as loose. Its as if you tried to bend the chain it would break. It is rigid. I want to send it back for a replacement chain but am not sure if i want to go through the process of shipping again?
