Chocolate tastes really good. Fills me up in the morning preventing me from snacking. Been taking over 3 months and haven't noticed any increase in energy. But for a replacement meal for breakfast, it's fine. I'm 66 and will continue using.

I love the flavor and the fact that I have experienced ZERO bloating! It took a few days, but after a week of use, I truly notice a difference in my energy levels. I even pulled my bike and went on a ride yesterday. I haven’t had the energy to ride in two years! I highly recommend this shake!

So far so good, I use this as a meal replacement at night. The days I take it I don't have to take a probiotic and it does a pretty good job of keeping me full. The taste is very good. Don't know about the long-term benefits yet, but perhaps I'll put another review up when I've been taking it for a longer time.
