Likes: Lumbar support. Head/Neck rest. Mesh. Height and extend adjustable for head/neck rest and arms Arm rest can angle left and right. Dislikes: Backrest is coordinated with seat meaning they can only tilt in sync, not independent. Tilt locking is set to certain angles which I am not comfortable with for long term. Tilts back whenever you lean back and forward whenever you lean forward, making it annoying to try keep back tilt 100% non-mobile with tilt lock is on and tension is all the way up Arm rest does not angle up and down, only height up and down making long term angled uncomfortable. Even though this is steps above my old chair, my old chair is far more comfortable and can attend to my core preferences (specifically independent backrest and seat tilt). Sad the chair hunting has to be so stressful.
