Create Duffle Bag

Easy gym bag to carry around. Not super flexible material so you have to be an organized packer if you want to put a lot in there. Inside zipper pocket is constantly utilized. Wish it was a little wider because the main zipper isn’t as flexible as I had hoped. Great free gift!

Significant Improvement Observed

Since using Create I have noticed significant improvement in pullups - they are noticeably easier. The improvement occurred subsequent to starting Create after plateauing.
