I love Sudsy Bear. They are one of the first companies I switched to after deciding to learn about brands other than Squatch. First the order wasn’t delivered for about 2 months. Second I messaged them on Facebook after I realized I put in the wrong apt # for my order. They read the message but never responded and never changed the address for that order. Third, it just had no scent whatsoever. It was nice and sudsy and of course made you feel clean but that’s about it. I hope to have a better customer experience with their other products if I end up ordering again.

Smelt like a really strong cologne, 10 out of 10, and lasted around 4 weeks for me

Took a very long time to receive the order with no communication or tracking information, So because of that I have to give a 3 , Order it on 25, July didn't receive it until August 19, Reach out many times not one time did they communicate back
