Product came well packaged and sealed and costumer service: They answer my email in a timely fashion (with in a couple hours). The only downside is the shipping time. It takes a while to recieve orders. I placed my order on 12/05, label created on 12/14, item shipped out around the 12/21 and Item arrived at my home on the 25th. Like I said, product came in well packaged and have a great costumer service, you just have to know you may wait about 3 weeks -/+ to get your item.
