The company is lovely, but needs to get organised. This took about 3 months to actually get made and reach me, and when it was being shipped I was given an invalid UPS tracking number. It got delivered when I was at a Halloween party as I had no communication of any form of delivery date or time. The courier was also Evri, not UPS. Thank goodness I am on very good terms with my neighbours...
That said. The customer support did reply quickly to reassure me the order was not forgotten in that interlude, and the product itself is exceptionally high quality, works perfectly, and was clearly made with a lot of love. I cannot fault the effort and good will - in a perfect world, they would just have the necessary resources to organise it all better.
Thank you for a lovely product, I'm enjoying it a lot. For others purchasing, I recommend the service for the final product but just be wary you may feel in limbo between order and arrival.
