I love it! My water

I love it! My water tastes like nothing now and looks so clear in glasses. I bought a particle water tester and we went from over 400ppm to 27ppm. Even our fridge filter water was over 300ppm.

Faulty System…?

The system worked well for about one month before it abruptly started quietly pumping filtered water out through the discharge tube directly into the drain at a rate of 7. 5 gallons per hour. My water company alerted me of a “potential leak”, which turned out to be the RO system. At this point, the tank no longer fills up. I ran tests that point to the membrane as the problem but it’s only one month old. How could that be? That’s a 3-5 year lifespan cut down to 1 month? I think there’s a defective part or the system altogether is faulty. Waiting to hear back from APEC support.

Great taste

Love my new filter. The water is delicious. I definitely recommend it. We are a family of 5 and drink a big a amount of water that’s why I needed something like this.
