Easy to use and seem to be accurate to when I’m ovulating compared to OPKs. I’ve only had one out of three boxes give me a malfunction notice. The silicone cup that it comes with was nice and made collection simple with no waste. I was also able to take the graph they gave me to my doctor and it helped streamline treatment.

I’ve used Mira to track ovulation dates leading to my first pregnancy, and now using again to try for a second! Mira is easy to use and gives me peace of mind to be informed about what’s going on with my body. I recommend to all my friends who are trying to conceive.

Quantitative results for the win

I love the ease of the subscription service, and honestly, I love the design of the wands. The wicking end can't be bent and is secured by plastic casing, and you can't make a mistake inserting the wands. I love the clinical accuracy of the tests that let me see the level of several of my hormones. To me, it's well worth it to see quantitative measurements instead of a simple "high" or "low" reading. Before using Mira, I didn't realize HOW low some of my numbers were, nor could I see their trending individually. It is a huge plus that my certified Marquette instructor (nurse) can access my charts [with my invitation] and give me feedback on how my cycle is faring.
