I am a 32DDD and
I am a 32DDD and wasn't sure which size to get. This one works well. its tight but I can manage to get into it. I have felt a huge difference with my posture, especially on arm days. Exercising in it is helping the changes become more permanent. I like it so much I bought a second one. The white color ended up getting strange marks on it so I got a black bra the second time. I like the high neckline because it works better when I do I versions or things like downward dog.

initially i immediately thought it was too much. its bigger than a sports bra with FAR less actual breast support. the straps are really wide, like cant be hidden under tank tops& it was snug. however, i felt an immediate difference in my posture ((which really was the point of purchase)). i felt taller & seem to breathe deeper... even if it kinda feels like a breast tissue binder, it creates the desired posture effect.

I purchased the Revive Bra
I purchased the Revive Bra after reading that it could help with posture training while I sleep and to order one size up. That sizing worked for me for nighttime comfort. I am satisfied with this bra and will continue to use it for this purpose.
