absolute gorgeous product, i bought for my mum as a christmas gift this year at size Large 39/40 as she takes a size UK6. My mum and i take the same size shoe and ive always been hesitant buying shoes online from brands ive never had before because i dont know if theyre true to size, a size down or maybe even a size up. these are perfect, true to size. They came within 3 days although the delivery was marked as "coming within the next 2 weeks". The platform isnt too chunky, theyre actually very lightweight and super super comfortable as i had to try on and make sure they would be to my mums liking. would definitely recommend to anyone whos never had uggs before and wants something affordable, lightweight and very comfortable. 10/10. Im sure my mum will like them very much so.
