I am so happy with Mary Ruth’s products. The nightime minerals helps me sleep peacefully. I dont wake up feeling foggy. Since taking the nightime minerals, I overall have more energy and stamina throughout the day. This also tastes really good!

The coconut flavor is mild and pleasant, which makes it easier to take before bed. It’s a convenient way to get extra vitamins in at night, and I’ve noticed I feel a bit more rested in the mornings. Overall, a nice addition to my routine

I replace my nightly melatonin supplement for this

I do feel that this supplement helps my sleep. I still struggle a little with waking up throughout the night, but this does as well as the melatonin I was taking, with more mineral benefits that I need.
