END WON'T LAY FLAT, LOOKS SLOPPY
When worn/on, the end of the strap flips upward, curling away from the strap and bag. When not in-use, (hanging down around the bag), the end flops down, again curling away from the strap and bag. Either being worn, or hanging, the look is very sloppy. Not high-end in any way as customers look for in this brand. You cannot see in the photos that the strap has nothing to hold the end down. The model's hand purposely covers the end of the strap so you can't see how this area won't lay flat and looks pretty ridiculous worn. Charging this amount for something so poorly designed and executed adds to the frustration here. As does having to paying $8 to send back a defective product. I have been a loyal customer to Cuyana for 6+ years. Own no other brand's bags, never had any issues with their products prior. When contacted about this, customer rep could care less about the defective presentation of the strap or misleading listing. Not one word about my disappointment or the product itself. Only policies stated/reinstated. The tone of a brand's customer service says a lot. Here, they could care less about your loyalty or when you have VALID disappointed in a product. Businesses that DO value their customers realize some flexibility IS good business, when it is deserving.
