Loved the Product: Hated the Constant Contact

I bought the purse as a special gift. The recipient was thrilled and loved the product. But now I am inundated with texts and emails. It's more than I can bear!

Creased bag

The bag is lovely and functional. However, from the start, there is a large crease across the bag that has not yet dissipated. It's my first experience with Cuyana, and I'm hoping that this aspect of the bag will improve.

Meh

I really wanted to love this bag. It is very luxurious but there are a couple issues. First is it recommended to purchase the insert to keep things organized but it doesn’t work with the bag I purchased as it has no way to hook in. This creates more of a hassle than any organized help. Second, I don’t like that there is no way to close the bag not even a button or magnetic closure. Third, I think the straps need to be a tad longer. It’s too short making it awkward to hold it and it slips off your shoulder. Overall it’s meh. Wouldn’t recommend it.
