Beautiful bag, cheap hardware, returned the whole thing.
I have been through two flap bags. Both time the snap connecting the bag to the tote snapped so I couldn’t snap the flap bag into the tote. The first one didn’t last three weeks. The second didn’t last 24 hours. The snaps that snap the accessories into the system tote bag are defective or useless. The email customer service was initially ok but then got worse. They three times replaced the bag which was good. But then eventually offered me only merchandise credit and then when I took them up on it, only offered me a partial refund. The phone customer service was great. Bianca issued me a full refund on the spot and was very helpful and nice. Long story short - bag is beautiful, snaps are defective or cheap making the “system” useless. Online customer service was subpar. Phone customer service was excellent.
