Optional off ramp is not for everyone

I honestly thought the option for the off ramp was great, but the actual product was not what I expected. Our slide transitions from carpeted stairs to hardwood and the bottom of the ramp does not have anything to stop it from sliding. The ramp gets pushed out of the way easily, leaving the landing pad hardwood. My kids use various pillows and couch cushions instead and the ramp is now a jump for their RC cars. Both back corners have broken off of the bottom but since it is essentially useless for our application, we didn't bother returning it. We tried adding non slip feet to the base but it only lasts one sliding session, at best. Great idea but needs some refinement. I gave it 3 stars because it is a good option, but not for everyone.
